I have worked for this conference several times, and had the pleasure of coordinating one of their adoptee programs a few years ago. Indeed, there is rarely anything to complain about in terms of this group's organized schedule and methods. They have speakers come from all over the world, and invest much of their time picking out the most insightful session topics. The only thing I would openly criticize would be the fact that they are still being run primarily by parents of adoptees and not the adoptees themselves. This leaves us to wonder if we are really having the chance to talk about the issues that adoptees find important versus what we are being told is important. Other than that, props to you, KAAN.
